- selection of agency to undertake maintenance work from government/semi-government/public sector undertaking for the financial year 2024-25 1. annual maintenance, operation and repair works for electrical installation of epfo, bhavishya nidhi bhawan, urban estate, phase-i, bathinda 2. day to day/annual maintenance and repair civil works of bhavishya nidhi bhawan, urban estate, phase-i, bathinda 3. comprehensive annual maintenance contract of fire fighting appliance/equipments installed in office premises 4. in case of any major repair/service required the separate estimate for such work shall be prepared and submitted as and when needed by giving full justification for the requirement of such estimate. the fund shall be released agains such estimate with the approval of competent authority
